Educational and Clinical Content Disclaimer
Last updated August 18, 2026
novekor.com • Website, public content, education, and professional communications
1. Scope
This Educational and Clinical Content Disclaimer applies to novekor.com and to public articles, course descriptions, downloads, videos, social content, email communications, and other educational or informational materials that link to or incorporate it (collectively, the “Content”). It supplements Novekor’s Terms of Use and does not replace a course-specific enrollment agreement, participant waiver, client agreement, or signed Service Order.
2. Educational purposes only
Content provided by Novekor, LLC (“Novekor”) is intended for general professional education and business information. It is not medical advice, patient care, diagnosis, treatment, medical direction, legal advice, an agency protocol, an employer competency determination, or a substitute for current authoritative guidance. Content should not be used as the sole basis for a clinical, operational, credentialing, or legal decision.
3. No professional or patient relationship
Accessing Content, submitting an inquiry, attending a public presentation, or communicating with Novekor does not create a provider-patient, nurse-patient, consultant-client, fiduciary, employment, supervisory, or medical-direction relationship. An organizational service relationship is formed only through an applicable signed agreement. Novekor does not provide individual patient evaluation or treatment through the website.
4. Independent clinical judgment and governing standards
Clinical standards, evidence, technology, manufacturer instructions, laws, and professional guidance change. Users remain responsible for verifying current information and applying independent professional judgment. Clinicians must act within applicable law, licensure and certification, scope of practice, organizational policy, approved protocol, medical direction, manufacturer instructions, and the circumstances of the individual patient. If Content conflicts with a controlling requirement, the controlling requirement governs.
5. Emergencies and patient information
The website and Novekor’s ordinary email are not monitored or designed for emergencies. Do not delay emergency care or contact Novekor for patient-specific direction. In an emergency, activate the appropriate emergency response system and follow local policy and medical direction. Do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, or confidential clinical records through ordinary website fields or email. If a contracted service requires protected health information, it must be handled only through a method authorized by the applicable client agreement and any required Business Associate Agreement.
6. Training, skills, and competency
Participation in education does not by itself establish competency, authorization, credentialing, or readiness to perform a skill independently. Employers, medical directors, credentialing bodies, and individual clinicians remain responsible for competency validation, supervision, authorization, equipment readiness, protocol adoption, and ongoing performance review. Course completion does not expand a participant’s lawful scope of practice.
7. Continuing-education credit and certification
Continuing-education credit, approval, certification, or endorsement is offered only when expressly stated for a specific activity. Eligibility, attendance, participation, assessment, documentation, and reporting requirements may apply. A certificate of attendance or completion is not a professional license, board certification, specialty certification, or guarantee that a regulator, employer, or approving body will accept credit.
8. Outcomes and testimonials
Educational, operational, financial, and clinical outcomes vary based on participant preparation, local systems, implementation, leadership, resources, patient factors, and circumstances outside Novekor’s control. Examples, scenarios, testimonials, and reported outcomes illustrate particular experiences and do not guarantee comparable results.
9. Scenarios, examples, medications, and devices
Educational scenarios and examples may be fictional, de-identified, or composite and may simplify facts to emphasize a learning objective. They should not be assumed to describe a particular patient or complete clinical record. References to medications, dosages, equipment, waveforms, or procedures require independent verification against current authoritative sources, approved protocols, medical direction, and manufacturer instructions before clinical use. Product names may be trademarks of their owners; reference to a product does not imply manufacturer sponsorship or endorsement.
10. Accuracy, completeness, and updates
Novekor seeks to provide practical, evidence-informed education but does not warrant that public Content is complete, error-free, or current in every detail. Publication or presentation dates matter because evidence, guidance, labeling, and technology may change. Content may be revised, corrected, or withdrawn without notice. References and third-party resources remain subject to their own authors, publishers, terms, and update cycles.
