Accessibility Statement

novekor.com • Digital access, accommodations, and accessibility feedback
1. Commitment
Novekor, LLC (“Novekor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing people with disabilities meaningful access to novekor.com and to the educational and business information offered through it. Accessibility is part of how we design, review, and improve our website, content, and services.
2. Accessibility goal
Novekor uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement goal for content we control. This is a goal, not a representation that every page, document, feature, or third-party integration has been independently audited or fully conforms. We periodically review the site and address identified barriers according to their impact and the resources required.
3. Practices we use
Our accessibility practices include, as applicable:
- logical headings, landmarks, and page structure;
- keyboard-operable navigation and visible keyboard focus;
- readable color contrast and text that can be enlarged or reflowed;
- descriptive link text and text alternatives for meaningful images;
- labels and instructions for form controls;
- captions, transcripts, or equivalent access for meaningful prerecorded media when provided; and
- accessible source formats or reasonable alternative formats for documents when available.
4. Compatibility and limitations
Accessibility may vary with browser, device, operating system, assistive technology, document format, or third-party service. For the best experience, use a current browser and current assistive technology. If a feature or document is not usable for you, contact us so we can work toward an accessible alternative.
5. Third-party content and services
The website may link to or incorporate forms, payment, scheduling, video, mapping, social, document, or other services controlled by third parties. Novekor does not control every aspect of those services. We welcome notice of a barrier involving a third-party feature and will consider an accessible alternative or work with the provider when reasonably possible.
6. Educational accommodations
A participant or organizational client may request a reasonable accessibility accommodation for a Novekor educational activity by contacting us as early as practicable. Please identify the activity, date, access barrier, and requested accommodation without providing unrelated medical details. We will engage in an individualized process and may coordinate with the client, venue, platform, instructor, or approving body as reasonably necessary. The availability of a particular modification may depend on whether it would fundamentally alter the activity, create an undue burden, or conflict with a controlling safety or legal requirement. When a requested modification is not available, we will consider effective alternatives where reasonably possible.
7. Reporting a barrier or requesting an alternative format
If you experience difficulty accessing website content or a Novekor digital resource, tell us:
- the page, document, or activity involved;
- the barrier you encountered;
- the format, assistance, or accommodation requested; and
- how you would like us to respond.
Do not include patient information, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or unrelated medical details. We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably practicable. Timing may depend on the content, technology, third-party involvement, and complexity of the request.
